Client: The Flight Centre
The Flight Centre, based at London Southend airport, are one of the few flying schools offering fixed-wing and rotary flight training in the south east of England. Under new management since early 2009, The Flight Centre approached Praxitar with the brief of updating their aging site to appeal to new and existing pilots, and also increasing their web visibility.
Praxitar have developed a completely new and visually appealing site that portrays The Flight Centre’s approach to flight training, whilst retaining a “club” feel.
Visually appealing design alongside bespoke photography have brought the Flight Centre’s site right up-to-date.
The new site includes the ability to purchase flight vouchers online, and includes PayPal payment integration. This enables the Flight Centre to compete directly with the companies selling flight voucher “experiences”.
An integrated flight weather information feed was included as part of the plan to keep new and existing pilots returning to the site time and again.
