Chelmsford Plumbing & Heating (CPH) are one of the largest plumbing and heating specialists serving the whole of Essex and surrounding areas.
As well as describing the services that they offer, a key priority for CPH was diversifying their considerable advertising spend from traditional paper directories (think “yellow”) to a mix of on- and off-line advertising, and at the same time gaining a measurable return-on-investment (ROI) for that spend.
As this is their first foray into online marketing, our continued advice and consultancy has helped CPH develop a coherent strategy for their online spend. One-to-one training and “available anytime” advice have been, and continue to be, provided to help CPH target their potential customers.
As well as designing adverts for traditional off-line directories, we have helped CPH to move towards the increasingly important area of on-line marketing using, amongst other products, Google Adwords where spend and customer targeting can be tightly controlled and ROI can be measured through the use of detailed analytics.
As well as giving CPH’s brand a facelift, we have designed new signage for their office and vans, adverts for newspapers and directories, and, of course, their new web site.
